The solution, I think, is simple: do what you can. If you think 'big picture' like the whole of America, its gonna take a long time to do anything. (even though a lot of people at the treadmill plant would be unemployed) -d well,

Right to the point. I guess my own personal diet could help a ton. Perhaps if we Americans only ate what was necessary, the demand for our millions of tons of food would decrease and there would be more to give to starving countries.
