So Flannery O’Connor just rocked my world. She has an odd mastery for creating characters that are at the same time likeable and disgusting. Read the short story “Revelation”, it’s wonderful.

The other night I went and heard a string quartet perform Maurice Ravel’s String Quartet in F-major. Since that time I have listened to it about 5 times. It is quite wonderful.
